On women’s day, a national-level essay writing competition was held by Safety Kart. The theme was women empowerment and safety. And the readers of this blog already know how strongly i feel about that issue. My second novel Lemon Girl is a proof of that too. So when I came to know of this contest, of course I had to participate. Not for the prize money, but because it was another opportunity to voice my views.
However, wanting to write and finding the time to write are two different things. And these days, free time is definitely a scarcity with me. But thank God I managed to jot down a complete essay in the nick of time! And guess what? My essay won the third prize!
You can check out the essay here: My Essay
(And don’t worry, it is neither too long nor boring)
Many congratulations, a testimony to your already great work
Thanks
